Acceptable stay with some issues
The location was convenient to the exhibition center.
The staff seemed untrained. They did NOT offer any help when I needed it with my heavy luggage, and a tiny lady had to assist ME. This was frustrating.

Mixed feelings about this stay
insufficient amenities unexplained charges
The location was convenient for my event.
I was disappointed that my room wasn't properly stocked. It was a family room, yet there were only enough towels and amenities for two people. I found repeated charges attempted on my payment card without explanation.

Modern stay near the excel
spacious room comfortable bed convenient access
The room was spacious and well-kept. I especially liked the separate toilet and shower area. The bed was very comfortable and ensured restful nights. It was very convenient to catch the dlr right from level 2 of the hotel. It made getting around easy.
The tv chrome cast feature did not work . It was apparently a global marriott hotel issue. I wish they had informed me upon checking in. It would have saved me a trip to the reception.
Dining
8/10
Breakfast offered a good selection but the cappuccino from the machine could be improved. I think the taste and quality of the milk product was not the best. It would benefit from an upgrade.
Location
9/10
The hotel is convenient, especially for events. I was able to access the excel directly from the second floor. This.
Rooms
9/10
My room included good facilities with a large tv that had internet access. I found it easy to relax and stay connected. The separate toilet and shower areas added a level of convenience. This was appreciated.

short walk nice restaurant lovely pool
The excel center was a short walk, about three minutes. i found a restaurant and a courtyard bar, both really nice. i used the pool, the gym, and the steam and sauna. All were lovely.
i noticed the bar was closed throughout my three-night stay, so evenings were a little boring! the room tv did not support chromecast so i had limited viewing options.

family room swimming pool double bed small bed
the family room was great for me. the swimming pool was good to relax after long days.
the beds in the twin rooms are too small. they are only double beds, possibly even smaller, and are not big enough for two adults. i also found nothing nearby the hotel, like restaurants or shops.
