a blissful time
perfect location free water quiet room spacious room
the location was just perfect. i walked easily to theaters and shops. free water bottles in the room was nice. i liked my quiet and spacious room.
the minibar was not filled so i missed a drink one evening.

the hotel offers multiple elevators that reduce waiting times, especially during peak hours. there is also a modern gym, which has three treadmills and two stationary bikes, very practical.

central location effective air conditioning daily water
the location was very central, easily walkable to many attractions. the rooms had effective air conditioning and sound proofing. i received waters each day, a simple but nice touch.
the kettle in my room did not work. this was a minor inconvenience.

the reception staff offered assistance and prompt solutions. during an initial issue, they quickly found a good alternative and were very apologetic, showing dedication to guest satisfaction. this quick response was excellent.

the location was really accessible by public transportation, it was convenient. breakfast had a variety of choices. reception staff were amazingly friendly and helpful.
the corridor had a musty smell. the room was disappointing, especially given the price. there was a hole in the wall and the wallpaper was peeling off.

worn room tv issue
The room seemed tired, it NEEDED an update. There was a notable dent in the wall. The table caused it. i didn't appreciate that the tv did not work. It was frustrating. The staff gave a discount on the bill to acknowledge the issues
