the hotel's location was central. breakfast had good, fresh food and helpful staff.
the hotel lost my pyjamas (a gift with sentimental value). no one took responsibility, and a refund was not offered. i expected better service for a hotel with such a high rating.

faulty hair dryer poor soundproofing
The hair dryer kept cutting out quickly. I found this annoying. The electric blind was difficult to use, i prefer curtains (i am old-fashioned, you know). The sound proofing wasn't great. I could hear other rooms using the toilet, far from ideal.
