faulty hair dryerpoor soundproofing
The hair dryer kept cutting out quickly. I found this annoying. The electric blind was difficult to use, i prefer curtains (i am old-fashioned, you know). The sound proofing wasn't great. I could hear other rooms using the toilet, far from ideal.

the hotel had a central location. the free coffee machine downstairs was convenient. i appreciated the free mini bar in my room, stocked with drinks. the staff was friendly and helpful.
the breakfast options felt somewhat limited for me, i think there could be improvements here.

the breakfast buffet had a nice variety. i noticed the absence of warm dishes, specifically if someone wanted them, but it was ok. the coffee was good.

The receptionists were kind. They offered information about a local flea market. the front office staff retrieved our passports when we accidentally locked them in the safe. the staff was personable.

The pool area on the roof was clean with views. pool towels were provided in the room. the hotel had modern facilities. the mini bar included water, juice, and soda. I think it even had beer.

the location was close to the plaza de la merced. it was close to a string of restaurants, just a short walk. the hotel is in the city center and accessible to everything.
