the meal at the restaurant was great! it was busy, but the service was excellent! i really enjoyed the extensive range of choices for every course and the generous helpings, i have to say. stephen, the waiter, was excellent, he was very helpful with food and drink suggestions, which i appreciated! the staff was very cute and helpful. the breakfast had great produce, there was a wide choice, and the evening meal tasted great with good service!
the ribs i had were a tad dry, but that's a minor detail considering how good everything else was! the americano did not arrive until i reminded the waitress, which wasn't ideal!

The staff was very cute and helpful, i cannot stress this enough! one staff member named stephen offered excellent service. another person checked us in. He was very nice! a staff member showed us the room.

the room included a double and a single bed, so very roomy! the bed was comfortable. i had hot chocolate in the room too! the room was well heated.

The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Services are good and the rooms are well kept. I liked the comfortable beds and spaciousness of the room. The bar area was very nice and it had seating away from the busy area.
The food serving sizes felt large. There was a sense of potential waste!
