Reasonable stay downtown
terrific location cathedral view nicely decorated rooms unfriendly owner bath only difficult access
The location IS terrific. It was right next to the wall. A perfect view of the cathedral from the fourth-floor terrace exists. Rooms were nicely decorated. The roof terrace had chairs.
The owner became distant after our arrival. I found this unwelcoming. The ensuite had only a bath. Getting in and out was not easy. A walk-in shower would be better.

Wonderful Stay in Charming Boutique Hotel
historic area romantic touch bottled water
I found the location excellent. It was right in the heart of the historic area. My room featured a four-poster bed. It added a romantic touch. Bottled water was available, which I appreciated (especially after a long day of sightseeing).
The stairs might be difficult for those with mobility issues.

The building is beautifully restored. There are many spots throughout the hotel where guests can relax, including a rooftop. From the rooftop, visitors can see the cathedral. It's practically next door to the hotel.

Historic Charm, Modern Comforts!
beautiful interior comfortable beds lovely breakfast modern shower
I found the interior design beautiful, and the beds comfortable. The breakfast offered a nice choice of items each morning. The location was very convenient, right next to the cathedral, made sightseeing easy. I really appreciated the modern and cool shower in the bathroom!!!
The room felt a bit dark, almost like a small stone chamber. This matched the historic character, but it was less pleasant than expected.

The hotel is in an excellent spot very close to the cathedral, with access to various attractions. The surroundings are generally quiet, yet it's easy to explore the entire city on foot. The convenience of its central position made sightseeing effortless.

glass door awkward shower
The breakfast was acceptable (I mean, it was food).
I was disappointed with the bathroom. The glass door provided minimal privacy. Plus, the shower was placed over the bath, but there was no way to hang it up, so I had to sit down to shower (fancy that!).
