amazing family stay!
great entertainmentbeautiful suiteplastic cup
the splash park amazed me! the food selection and buffet variety were fantastic! the family suite was beautiful! the beach is just a short 10-minute walk. kids' entertainment was great and super exciting! we all had a really fun stay!
the plastic cups at the bar bothered me! i understand their use by the pool, but using them in the bars felt unnecessary! especially when paying guests get real glasses, maybe a review is needed!

the apartment balcony room was spacious and super clean! the beds were very comfortable, and the recently renovated bathroom had two separate sinks! i liked the two-bedroom apartmentswith a second toilet that is super helpful for bigger families.

The staff were helpful and friendly throughout the resort! the reception staff was polite, providing quick check-in. i saw the cleaners starting early, preparing rooms when people left, the hotel remains clean. The active team provided many activities daily!

the restaurant offered many food choices and our room provided ample space for two people the pools and slides became a popular spot with the children. the pool cafe served tasty food and the prices were reasonable. lifeguards were present at the pools to maintain safety. the location was quiet with a few tourist shops and a supermarket within a short walk.
plastic cups were standard at the bar areas for all-inclusive guests a minor inconvenience i noticed.

staff members were helpful and patient and one receptionist from the uk was supportive throughout our stay. they offered to open the dinner room early at 3 am for coffee before our departure. i did not experience any issues with the service.

the hotel sits in a quiet area and it has tourist shops plus a supermarket within five minutes by foot. the atmosphere within the hotel is great providing a relaxing environment. everything needed was easily accessible onsite.

our room was large and clean and this. the apartment size was good enough for two adults and two kids with space to spare. the provided amenities met our needs effectively.

multiple pools offered diverse depths to suit different swimmers and included a splash park area. various games took place in the pool such as aqua aerobics and volleyball for entertainment. the pools were kept clean and tidy and staff maintained the area.

breakfast options included pancakes waffles and toasties while a good egg station prepared omelets and scrambled eggs. dinner provided many choices catering to our family and we found something enjoyable each meal. fresh pastries were also available every morning.

My grandson definitely enjoyed the water park. Restaurant staff kept our table very tidy when it was buffet time. I liked the bath in our bathroom. It was useful.
