family fun, great pools!
efficient staff helpful staff amazing service nice pools
The dining room staff offered amazing service. Some members were efficient and kind. reception staff was nice and helpful! the pools were great. i liked the slides very much. My kids enjoyed them a lot.
The plastic cups at the bars were a small issue. I understand them outside but prefer real glasses in the bar.

Acceptable hotel, some issues
comfortable bed large towels great ac poor entertainment brief club strange music
I was happy the room in block A was remodeled. The beds felt comfortable. It included large bath towels and also had a huge bathroom. The AC worked great to keep the room cool.
The entertainment at night was poor. The kids club was brief. Strange music was played and then abruptly ended. I think the entertainment shuts off very early.
