mixed feelings, i guess
unresponsive liftsunreliable wifi
the lifts seemed to have minds of their own. i pressed the button for floor 3, but they just sailed right past, repeatedly. it was like a waste of time as i waited. and dont even get me started on the wifi, it would not connect in the room, so i gave up.

the buffet offered many options for breakfast lunch and dinner. the food tasted fresh and suitable for adults and children. the staff was very nice and attentive to all requests.
i found the pre-check-in to be unnecessary. the check-in process took 25 minutes. the bedding seemed old and not suitable for the season. i was cold with just a simple sheet.

The free water refill machines throughout the hotel were acceptable, providing easy access to hydration.
The lifts were a serious issue. I pressed the buttons for my floor, yet the lift passed without stopping multiple times (this happened repeatedly). It made getting around quite frustrating. The balcony was also very small.

I found the staff to be friendly. They worked diligently to maintain the hotel's high standards. The rooftop area provided a tranquil escape with beautiful views. The room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower.
The timing of dinner felt a little late to me. It sometimes made planning our evenings a bit tricky. This is a minor point though, as the overall experience was very positive.

The hotel had multiple pools, never too crowded. I liked that there were always available sunbeds near the pool area (a real plus!). The breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!). I also found the hotel's location to be very convenient. It was a short walk to the beach and local shops.
The evening entertainment wasn't always to my taste. Some acts were better than others, and the sound levels sometimes felt a bit loud for the space.

The hotel features multiple swimming pools with ample sunbeds and a dedicated smoking area, a great option for smokers who still want to enjoy the weather. There were free water refill stations throughout the hotel, too.

The hotel had a super clean room. The accommodation was also good. I found the view of the pool great. I appreciated that managers in the restaurant were friendly. I enjoyed the food. Fresh meat and fish were always cooked at the counter.
