underwhelming stay
great locationfaulty shower framemissing refund
the location was great for walking.
the shower frame detached from the wall when i used the shower. i couldn't open or close the windows, so noise from the bar kept me awake until late. the hotel refused a partial refund after i raised these concerns.

great basefriendly stafffood situationroom service
the location proved great, it was on the doorstep of the hills. the hotel served as a great base for walking! i appreciated the friendly staff.
the food situation was problematic. i couldn't get bar food or room service, as everything comes from the same place. there wasn't anything available, really.

confrontational conversation
Check-in was A struggle and staff noise outside our room was disruptive in the morning. The receptionist was insistent that twin beds pushed together was policy for a double room. The conversation became confrontational.
