The room had a comfortable bed. The room also included quality bathrobes and slippers. I enjoyed using them. Breakfast service was speedy and efficient, perfect for my early departure. The staff members were friendly, especially the ones I spoke to during breakfast.
The parking area could have been better lit at night though

i found the room very clean. the staff was good and attentive . breakfast had a great choice and tasty options. chris helped organize a birthday board, especially thoughtful (it made my day!).
i noticed a slight lack of folding clothes space in the double room.

stylish interiorpicturesque area
i found the christmas decorations stylish within this character building. the large outdoor seating area sat right next to the bridge and river , so it was picturesque.

The building sits beautifully. The setting along the Severn is picturesque. The staff provided fresh milk upon request. Bottled water was also supplied, I am grateful. I found the bed comfortable. The room was a good size with an en suite. The fan in the bedroom was very helpful during the heat. I enjoyed a meal in the restaurant. Staff members were pleasant and helpful. The room was clean. I found it beautiful. The building's interiors are stylish. The public areas seemed comfortable. The staff members were friendly. I felt very welcome.
The room access was via steep stairs not previously detailed.

I must say, the room felt quite cold upon arrival. It took a while for the radiator to warm it up. the service was a little slow, and I felt my complaints weren't really heard. Staff seemed very busy, but that didn't excuse the inattentiveness.

mixed experience, issues with food quality
overdone sandwichslow service
i was initially impressed with the building's setting by the river. sadly the food quality did not match the location. my steak sandwich was overdone, despite confirming it would be pink. while the waitress addressed the issue and removed it from the bill, i could not enjoy my meal with my family.
