Wonderful Stay
comfy roomsprofessional staffhot room
The staff were very helpful and friendly. They were clearly proud of their environment. The breakfast was one of the best I have ever enjoyed, a delicious start to the day. I found the rooms to be super comfy. Professional staff contributed to the overall positive atmosphere.
The room was far too hot, and I believe it was backing on to the kitchen extractor chimney. Despite having three fans running, I could not sleep that night. I reported it to the lady on the desk, but unfortunately, nothing could be done.

the breakfast was GOOD. the staff couldn't be more helpful, i appreciated this. also the room had tea and coffee facilities AND the tv had a good range of channels if you wanted them.
the room WAS quite expensive for one night. i REALLY struggled to sleep with all the noise from the stairs above me. the metal stairs are very loud, it feels as if you can hear everything.
