The location really helped as gare de lyon train station was a three minute walk. the breakfast featured fresh pastries and omelets made to order. william at front reception gave excellent advice about the metro. i especially appreciated the restaurant. It felt relaxed and the food tasted delicious.
On arrival, there was no milk in the room for tea. I expected more in that regard.

The staff was cute, and the location proved very convenient. My room was spacious, super clean, and offered a great view. The hotel promptly couriered my misplaced item. I was very happy about it.
Upon arrival, I found no milk for tea. The reception suggested local shops. Eventually, they offered coffee cream, which never arrived.

The room size was sufficient for a comfortable stay. I found the complimentary water refill station on my floor very useful. Staff members were consistently courteous and provided helpful directions to local attractions.
Occasional delays occurred when multiple guests needed different floors.
