The location was perfect and close to the metro. i found cafes and places nearby, easily accessible from the hotel. the staff was pleasant. They allowed access to the room before the official check-in time (i was very grateful). they also stored luggage after checkout. this.
the room i stayed in was cold. i think the ac unit was centrally controlled. i could not adjust it, so i wish there were individual controls.

the room had tall ceilings, which gave it a spacious feel. it also contained a coffee maker and bottled water. i was happy with this room's practical amenities that met my basic needs.

i noticed several good restaurants across the street from the hotel. an italian restaurant downstairs was an added convenience (i loved it). it's great there are many choices for dining.

the staff was very pleasant and helpful . i especially appreciated them being willing to make our room available early. i felt well cared for, and they addressed my needs.

I found the reception service helpful at all hours. My room was quite spacious with an en-suite bathroom. The décor was lovely and I slept well in the comfy bed. The in-room coffee was great.
I noticed cooking odors in my room at night, a bit bothersome.

The hotel is in a very convenient location. Cafes and interesting places surround it. The staff provided friendly and helpful service. My room featured an actual air conditioning unit. The bed offered a comfortable sleep and the bathroom looked neat and clean.
