i have found the staff to be consistently helpful s here. The location is VERY central, a major plus for exploring. i noted the rooms are always clean upon arrival. i appreciate the quietness despite being in a lively area.
The elevator WAS small. It barely accommodated two people with luggage. it was a slight inconvenience, but manageable.

The front desk staff provided a lovely greeting and were very helpful throughout my stay. They were efficient with check-in and check-out processes. ALL requests were handled promptly and courteously, which i found admirable.

This location is excellent, near public transportation and various points of interest. The street is unusually quiet, especially considering its centrality. i appreciated that i could walk to many sites easily.

The staff were really professional and patient. They noticed that English was my native language and were patient as I tried to check in using French. I found the location to be very nice for my plans as Le Jardin du Luxembourg was a short walk. I also appreciated the number of available outlets in the room.

I found the location convenient, VERY central with easy access to the metro. Many shops and restaurants surround the hotel, providing great options. The staff was helpful. They allowed me to store my luggage after checkout. The breakfast was tasty and included a nice selection of pastries.
The elevator was quite small. It could only accommodate one person with luggage at a time. This caused a slight delay during peak hours, but it wasn't a major inconvenience.
