i really appreciated the friendly staff (they were always smiling). the train theme was a fun touch and not overdone. the bathroom was a nice size and very clean.
the elevator was not working when i arrived. this was inconvenient as i had luggage to carry. the climate control was locked, so i could not adjust the temperature in my room.

the hotel's location is very close to the station. my room included a good-sized bathroom and the space was used well. i found the staff to be friendly and accommodating to my needs.
The climate control in my room was locked. I could not access it, this made the room very cold at night.

The hotel is just a short walk across the street from gare du nord. this provides very easy access for eurostar journeys. I found several brasseries next door to the hotel, terminus being the best.

the breakfast selection was large and fresh each morning. the hotel offered a pleasant breakfast and i found the staff very helpful, the theme throughout the hotel is charming and well executed though the space is limited.

the hotel's location directly across from gare du nord was convenient. the breakfast had a good selection. i found the staff to be friendly and helpful .
the surrounding neighborhood felt a little rough around the edges, it seemed safe enough.
