I found the location very convenient. It was a short walk to key attractions. The room had a separate toilet, which I appreciated. I loved the Victorian restaurant. The atmosphere was fantastic. The staff at the bar were especially friendly.
The absence of coffee-making facilities in the room was a slight inconvenience. I enjoy a morning coffee. This was a minor issue overall.

The reception was efficient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable with a firm mattress. The location offered convenient access to shopping and restaurants! I found the concierge desk service very helpful.
The TV operation was a little tricky. though I eventually figured it out.
