the location was convenient. it was easy to get to the main attractions. the rooftop bar was a nice surprise (it had great views!). the bed was comfortable.

the bathroom was small. it was difficult for two people to be in there at the same time. there weren't many toiletries. i only found soap and shampoo. the breakfast was average.

the location is FANTASTIC. i also love a lobby and courtyard area

the air conditioning was hopeless it barely worked. i RECEIVED an email asking how everything was. i answered with some complaints. there WAS no reply to this email. then i got another one asking how my stay was so i am writing this review.

great location window shutters

The hotel's location was amazing near trains and minutes from the river. Shutters on the windows helped block out light. (That was something I really needed!).

The pool was sometimes very busy.

cute service friendly woman valued guest

i appreciated the very cute service. the woman at the front desk was friendly. she was accommodating at all times. i was like a valued guest .

the rooms are good. however, they are a bit basic. i noticed a lack of extra amenities like an iron, which would have been helpful.

Really good stay, central location

spacious room extensive choice amazing views friendly staff

I found the room quite spacious. It easily accommodated my luggage. Breakfast included many options, a Very extensive choice to suit all tastes. The rooftop patio offered amazing views of the surrounding area. The staff were friendly and always ready to help with requests.

The bathroom in the room was somewhat small, lacking adequate storage space.

comfortable pillows window shutters

The location was great, close to transport links (trains, trams). The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Shutters on the windows were a welcome feature for blocking out light.

The pool was very popular and became crowded quickly.
