The hotel is very close to the train station. It made arrival and departure very easy. I also had a balcony in my room (I stayed for 4 nights), with a nice space to relax. The staff offered helpful directions.
The room felt a bit outdated. The shower was quite small. There was some noise from the street at night (the hotel is in a central location).

the rooftop bar offered an amazing panorama. i enjoyed the location, close to the train station. i also appreciated the breakfast service, so lovely.

i appreciated its closeness to both the main train station and the city's central areas. i found the staff helpful and friendly. baggage storage was available, so i explored the city after checking out. breakfast offered a good variety of options to start the day.
the shower was quite small, and the shower head wasn't secured properly. there was also some thick dust on the bathroom mirror. light from the hallway entered the bedroom at night, as the door didn't fit well, requiring me to prop it shut.

the staff demonstrated friendliness and offered assistance with directions. the reception area provided quick check-in service. staff were available to answer questions about nearby attractions and transportation options were explained well. i rate this highly.

breakfast service included a selection of pastries and fresh fruit. the dining area provided ample seating, never feeling crowded. coffee and tea were readily available during breakfast hours and the staff kept the area clean. i'd rate it very well.
