juice bardirty walls
the breakfast had a really good choice. they even had a juice bar, i thought that was acceptable.
The room was definitely not what i paid for. i booked a premium room, but i'm pretty sure i got the basic one. room 611 seemed pretty old. The walls were dirty.

The hotel had underground parking. This was a great help. I also appreciated the quick walk to the main streets. The rooms were modern. They were very well done. The staff was helpful and friendly.
The room seemed to need a refresh. The different types of rooms looked very different. This meant the room wasn't as expected.

a wonderful stay
fresh juicefriendly staffweak wifi
the breakfast selection was excellent. i enjoyed the fresh juice bar and the variety of fruits and yogurts. the staff were very friendly and always ready to assist with directions and recommendations. they were really nice, i felt!!!
the wifi signal was quite weak. it made it difficult to stream videos. i hope they address this issue soon.

The staff was helpful, especially silvia at reception. She gave us lots of information and was always kind. the rooms were clean and well kept, i must say, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job. the hotel's location was great and i appreciated the atmosphere.
My room was the noisiest i've ever had in a hotel. The walls were thin! noise came from the street, the room above, and conversations next door. it was hard to fall asleep, not good.
