the reception staff provided helpful information about local transportation.
the room walls had mold near the bed and around the window , which was concerning. the breakfast selection was not enjoyable , and i often had to request more water after the first day , even though i was told it would be restocked daily.

the front desk staff was friendly , and i found them very helpful. i could easily book a taxi to different places , even the airport , with no problems. the hotel seemed well maintained , which i always appreciate.
i didn't like that there was no internal lock on my room door , and it was hard to make sure it was fully closed. all i had was the door handle inside , so i felt a bit unsafe. the bed was very uncomfortable , it hurt my back quite a bit during the night. i woke up several times because of the discomfort.

i got into my room at noon. i appreciated a shower before my day began. the area around termini is convenient, not luxurious. the hotel offered a quick breakfast.
the bed needed some improvement. the mattresses had a hard plastic protector.

the receptionists assist, doing things such as connecting to wifi and provide basic info. the breakfast room included a lovely lady who offered a water bottle at checkout. i appreciate plentiful breakfast included bread, cheese, bacon, eggs, and sweets. everything felt fresh and clean.
