helpful staff allergy question comfortable bed
The staff were helpful and friendly. i was shown to my table at breakfast and immediately asked about allergies. my room had conditioner available in the shower along with shampoo. I found this good. the bed was comfortable.
i would prefer more snacks and water in the rooms.

Acceptable, but Could Be Better
noisy air conditioning system poor solution
The breakfast was pretty good. Lots of choices were available.
The air conditioning was so loud. I had to turn it off completely. The receptionist mentioned she knew about this problem. She offered a heater for the second night, but that did not address the main issue of the noisy AC system. It was a poor solution, for such a well known issue.

loud air conditioning outdated bathroom
The breakfast buffet offered a good selection of food. Parking was available.
The air conditioning system in my room was very loud. I could not sleep well because of it. Turning off the AC made the room too cold and the bathroom was outdated.
