the location is super central. the staff are lovely and always ready to help (especially with directions!). i really loved that there was secure parking available, it made everything so much easier.
the air conditioning wasn't working perfectly, but honestly, it didn't impact my stay much.

the reception staff were quick with check-in and check-out. they provided clear instructions regarding the complimentary coffee station. i noticed them assist several guests with local transportation queries, offering helpful suggestions.

the location suited my needs perfectly! the staff was friendly and helpful, they gave very good advice regarding nearby dining options. breakfast proved to be value for money, i found the breakfast hours very convenient. storing my bags for the day until my taxi arrived later was an excellent perk.
the air conditioning did not work correctly, and the windows were sealed. this made the room quite warm.

I found the location convenient. The hotel is a short walk to various shops and restaurants. A complimentary coffee machine was available in the lobby, a very nice touch (especially during the cooler evenings). The room was very clean upon my arrival. The bed offered great comfort, ensuring a restful sleep.
The television in my room was not working properly. I reported this issue, but it was not resolved . This was a minor inconvenience, though I hope it is addressed .

The sofa bed was notably uncomfortable, even my child commented on its poor quality. I found it difficult to sleep well because of this. The hotel needs to address the issue with the sofa bed.
