the hotel is steps from the tram stop.. staff welcomed us upon arrival, even though we were early. the room was clean and well-equipped with tea and coffee facilities, and we were told more supplies were available upon request.

the air conditioning unit was quite loud, even on the lowest setting. i found it difficult to get a restful night due to the constant noise.

breakfast included a good selection of buffet-style items, held in a bright restaurant. the staff present were cheerful and helpful, everything was stocked. it was a typical hot breakfast buffet affair, with varied choices.

The room was large with all necessary facilities, including a very comfortable bed. the ensuite bathroom was spacious with a large walk-in shower. This was one of the best showers i have experienced. quality shower gel and shampoo were provided.
