the staff on reception were pleasant i found.

the breakfast service was poor i must say my tea and coffee order needed two reminders and then came after i finished eating my food it was not busy so i did not understand this issue.

The hotel is located wonderfully. The gardens behind the hotel are beautiful. The breakfast room is special, and the breakfast itself is a cut above. The suite featured a palatial bathroom with a stone tub.

The steam room had a mould smell. Check-in was late by forty-five minutes. I could not use the bar because a wedding took place. I was told I could. It is not the best.
