Underwhelming stay. Needs updates

The location was acceptable. It allowed easy access to the nearby tram stop.
i found the condition of the hotel quite poor. the gym was not only old but also smelled musty (it reminded me of a storage room more than a fitness area). furthermore, there was no outdoor furniture on my balcony, so i couldn't sit outside at all.
The in-room dining was also good the food tasted fresh and was beautifully presented.
The shower temperature was difficult to adjust it alternated between very hot and cold. The front desk was hard to reach by phone the phone kept ringing without an answer.

The hotel's location near the tram stop was convenient. This made access to the surrounding areas simple. My room had a very large balcony. The views from it were expansive, especially at sunset.

The light rail station was RIGHT outside the hotel.
The room carpet was SO dirty. The bathroom drainage had major issues. Water would pool on the floor every time someone showered. Under the beds, there was a LOT of dust. It felt more like a budget hostel.
