many amenitieswrong roomold appliances
the room had plenty of amenities. it included washing and drying machines.
i got a wrong room the first day. it was sorted out the second day, but i had to check out and check in again. in the new room, all appliances were old and out of order. i had to get the air conditioner, washing machine, and dishwasher replaced and fixed.

the bedding quality was acceptable.
the body wash in the shower was empty. i reported it to reception and they said they'd replenish it. it never happened and the shampoo also ran out before i checked out. i find such disregard unacceptable.
