I found the front desk staff helpful and friendly! they really went out of their way to meet our needs. my rooms were spacious and very clean with comfortable beds and wonderful showers. The water pressure was great. the kitchen had everything i needed and parking was simple and safe. the lifts are automated, easy to reach my floor.
the closest citycat ferry stop is not currently in use. this meant i had a very long rush from the north quay stop at the end of queen street. i had to retrieve the car to catch my plane.

Meal delivery menus and a list of nearby cafes and restaurants were available. this offered various choices for dining, and made it convenient to find suitable options nearby. This setup ensured a seamless experience . there was a 7-eleven nearby too.

the two bedroom, two bathroom unit was very spacious and perfect! the rooms feature a balcony, complete with a table and chairs. the rooms have comfortable beds, and very clean and spacious toilets.

The hotel included a decent pool and a barbecue area. it's a great bonus! automated lifts are available, providing easy access to each floor.

the apartment was spacious and featured a lovely river view. kitchen facilities proved very useful, and the beds were wonderfully firm. the location was a definite highlight, close to both the ferry and the central business district.
i had some difficulty locating an available visitor's parking spot, requiring multiple trips up and down the car park levels.
