The location was great. There was plenty to do nearby.
I had to ask repeatedly for clean towels, frustrating. Our room was not made up one day, even though we only had the "do not disturb" sign on briefly. A maintenance worker was sent to clean the room instead. He just gave us fresh towels and did not empty the trash.

The rooms were clean. The hotel had abundant restaurants just outside. The location is great with many restaurants near the river. There is valet parking available for sixty australian dollars a day which is a very convenient service. I found the staff friendly. I appreciated the lovely room size. There were complimentary water bottles provided.
The fancy display panels light up very brightly at night which can be a little distracting in a completely dark room.

The hotel has a rooftop bar complete with a pool. The gym is modern and functional. There is a steam and sauna area available to use at their leisure during their visit.

The hotel is close to the riverbank. It is within walking distance of many eating venues. The south bank and the city are easily accessible. The hotel overlooks the downtown area.
