Fantastic Stay Near the MTR!
perfect location efficient arrangement lovely place
This location is perfect for exploring. The shopping mall is right underneath, and the MTR station is just a minute away. The staff reacted positively to my requests.. they efficiently arranged some facilities for a meeting. The rooftop bar was also lovely.
The in-room dining options were somewhat limited.

The staff are very nice and helpful to all guests. The manager spent a good amount of time assisting with transportation arrangements. The bell service department responded efficiently.

The location is convenient as it is directly above the MTR station. Public transport is easily accessible from this spot. The hotel is also near shopping malls and restaurants.. this made getting around very easy.

The room is very spacious with an excellent view and mini fridge. A kettle and a comfortable bed are also included in the room. Plenty of room exists so laying out suitcases is easy, which I liked a lot.

musty odor tap water
The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of items. I particularly appreciated the fresh fruit options..
My room had a musty odor. Bottled water was not provided in the room. The front desk suggested drinking tap water, which I found unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber.

direct access many options
the location provides direct access to the mtr station i also appreciated the nearby shopping mall it made getting around very simple the room included an ironing board and a steamer the breakfast offered many options.
i found the elevator service to be a bit slow at times

Excellent Stay Near the MTR!
convenient location informative driver
The location is convenient for accessing the MTR and connecting malls. The mini bus service to TST was a definite plus.. The driver was very knowledgeable. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily and replenished water and towels efficiently.
