helpful concierge immaculate facilities great room space varied food
the concierge staff were particularly helpful with all my requests. the facilities were easily accessible and impeccably maintained. my room had great space, it notably enhanced my overall experience. the buffet presented a great variety of food options to enjoy.
the parking setup lacked clear explanation, which caused slight confusion upon arrival.

the standard king room featured modern decor and a comfortable king bed. it also included a spacious work desk and complimentary high-speed internet. a mini-fridge and coffee maker were available for added convenience.

excellent stay in a prime location
central location hotel lobby prompt service water purifier
the location is central. trams are just outside the hotel, providing easy access to many attractions. the hotel lobby has a water purifier, an amenity i found useful. the staff were generally courteous, and room service was prompt and fairly priced.
i found that self-parking was not directly at the hotel. it required a five-minute walk, which could be a bit inconvenient in rainy weather.

the breakfast offered a standard selection of hot and cold items, including a decent range of pastries. i especially liked the coffee machine, it delivered a good cup every time (this is important to me).

my room on the higher floor offered a decent view. it had a comfortable bed and all the basic amenities. the room temperature was easy to control with an intuitive thermostat.
