The location is quite central, a feature I can always appreciate (especially when my feet are tired).
My room faced a brick wall. Daylight seemed a luxury. The $100 security deposit also seemed like a rather unfriendly surprise. I am still waiting for that refund.

the staff was friendly and helpful. the hotel has good security with key card access to floors and entry at night. my room was serviced daily with fresh towels and the bed was made. the location is excellent with many restaurants nearby.
i found that there were no bins available in the room!

the location was ideal with many food options close by.
The room was not as clean as i expected. i noticed dirt built up at the edge of the bathroom floor and some scum in the shower. the noise was also an issue. I could hear every car that drove past on level 8.

the room was clean and neat. it had plenty of lighting and wardrobe space including an ironing board and a microwave. the service was friendly and efficient. i'd recommend it and would be curious to try the upper floors next time if possible. it was at a very reasonable price.
i was given two keycards upon arrival.
