the location proved very convenient. it was close to trams (perfect for getting around) and within a short walk to key areas. i found several excellent food and coffee places right on the same street. the room included a comfortable bed. the wifi also worked seamlessly, helpful.
The bathroom felt quite small. i noticed the sink was actually positioned in the bedroom area. there were no glasses available in the room (odd for drinking). the self check-in process was not good as the terminal faced reception. It made me uncomfortable entering details in full view.

The location is central and convenient. Public transport is very close.
i booked a double room, but it felt more like a single. the bed was small, and space was limited. opening two suitcases was nearly impossible there.

the location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.
the room felt really small with two single beds. i noticed the window was quite dirty with dust and grime from outside, difficult to see anything clearly. the bathroom had a sliding door, and it barely closed properly. it made sharing the room uncomfortable.

the location is excellent with many cafes and restaurants nearby. the self check-in terminal was quick and intuitive, i found it very useful. the staff were friendly and helpful. the room was reasonable compared to other hotels in the area.
the translucent screens do not provide enough coverage for privacy. i noticed a gap at the bottom of the screen in the bathroom.

the staff were polite and attentive. the self check-in and check-out terminal made the process efficient. staff responded quickly when needed and offered assistance without being intrusive, and the service was consistent.

Awesome CBD stay!
central locationfriendly staffimpractical setup
The location is super central this area quite easy. Reception staff were friendly. This made arrival great. I left luggage with the concierge. They were very helpful.
The room setup felt not practical, with the wash basin in the main room. It had a bar fridge underneath, difficult to navigate the room. I did miss a desk or chair.

The hotel has a super handy driveway. It is easy to get a ride. It is within 5-10 minutes walk to the QV or Emporium. The location puts you right in the middle of the city.

Breakfast had a good selection. The buffet breakfast had an amazing selection. You can find a nearby tram station. That helps if you need it.
