cramped showermissing items
The shower was not good. I found it cramped. also, some items went missing after checkout. i left a hat and some clothes in the room but when i returned, the staff claimed they couldn't find them. i expect better from a hotel at this price point. this was really frustrating

The hotel changed my room without permission. It was a downgrade. they told me breakfast was included as compensation. i couldn't eat the breakfast because i didn't get instructions about it.

I found the staff helpful. Celine, Fikreta, and Pierre deserve special thanks. The breakfast included potato cakes, sliced deli meat, scrambled eggs, sausages, and a cheese selection. The hotel is near a grocery store, and it's a short walk to the lake. The transit passes made getting around easy.
The air conditioning in the room didn't work. the mini bar items are expensive. I could buy those items from the shop next door for less money. Firmer pillows would have been nice. I had to fold them.
