Fanny and Pierre's welcome at check-in was so professional and inviting. The breakfast buffet featured excellent options and attentive staff. I loved the hotel's location near various restaurants and the waterfront. It's a quick walk to the train station. THE swiss traditional food at the restaurant was very nice.

a cosy stay close to everything!

I found the hotel quite smart and clean. the staff helped me make some last-minute dinner reservations and provided some great suggestions for day trips. the location was also awesome. It's just a short walk from the main train station and the lake. the room itself was very comfortable.
i noticed a restaurant smell throughout the hotel , a bit overpowering. this smell detracted slightly from the overall experience, as it was noticeable in the corridors and sometimes in my room. i hope they can address this, as everything else was great.

i found the traditional rooms lovely and well-equipped with modern facilities. i appreciated the comfy robes and nice toiletries provided. the breakfast was fantastic with a lot of fresh options.
i noticed that the sound isolation between rooms was not great and the noise from neighboring rooms was easily audible. it would be nice to have better soundproofing for a quieter stay.

The shower was not good. I found it cramped. also, some items went missing after checkout. i left a hat and some clothes in the room but when i returned, the staff claimed they couldn't find them. i expect better from a hotel at this price point. this was really frustrating

I found the staff helpful. Celine, Fikreta, and Pierre deserve special thanks. The breakfast included potato cakes, sliced deli meat, scrambled eggs, sausages, and a cheese selection. The hotel is near a grocery store, and it's a short walk to the lake. The transit passes made getting around easy.
The air conditioning in the room didn't work. the mini bar items are expensive. I could buy those items from the shop next door for less money. Firmer pillows would have been nice. I had to fold them.
