check-in was easy, check-out too. the building felt secure, i liked that. the location allowed easy access to shops. i appreciated the minutes to public transport.
the staff could have been more responsive and pleasant. i found it difficult to get assistance, a bit frustrating.

The staff was SUPER attentive, even holding our suitcases securely in a locked room. The location is GREAT. Our room was quiet, with a great bed and a well-equipped kitchen. The bathroom was also very clean (that's always a plus!).

The reception operates 24 hours a day, ALWAYS providing assistance. Communication was quick and easy. Responses came promptly. I appreciated their willingness to help with my complex arrival, responding to emails professionally.

The studio was clean and spacious, with LOTS of room for storage and self-organization. The kitchen is well equipped, including a kettle. The bathroom was REALLY clean (I always appreciate that).
