The breakfast service was really good, especially regarding gluten allergies. Staff immediately offered assistance and assured my food would be cooked separately. The penthouse dining offered superb views towards Drakes Island. The staff were efficient from the front desk to the room cleaners. They understood my needs and was awesome to enhance my stay.

The underground car park is tight, and I noticed some damage on the pillars.

The king sized bed in my room was indeed very comfortable, and I had ample space to relax. The shower worked very well. I found the modern interior to be smart and pleasing. Dinner and breakfast both impressed me. The restaurant on the top floor provided great views.

The on-site parking felt a bit cramped. It was difficult to navigate in a larger car.

The hotel location provided great access to the waterfront for lovely walks. The room offered ample space, especially appreciated with our luggage. The breakfast buffet was excellent. I particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries (they had delicious croissants!). I found the staff very courteous and helpful throughout my visit.

The basement parking layout made maneuvering a larger vehicle a bit challenging.
