i encountered several issues . the breakfast service was subpar. i asked for a cafetière but was directed to a machine. the machine was out of beans and the staff seemed uninterested. the bathroom door was water damaged. the floor outside the bathroom was uneven.

the room was super clean. the hotel location is excellent, right in the center. the staff were helpful and polite. i appreciated the quick service during check-in.

i found the breakfast disappointing. the buffet selections were not replenished. the bathroom door looked like it had flood damage. also, the floor outside the bathroom was uneven.
