The location provided easy access to nearby attractions. The staff were quite friendly and helpful . The room included a comfortable bed.

the location was central for shopping and sightseeing i found nearby parking easily using hotel directions the modern room included good food options the rooftop bar had cathedral views

inconsistent service and minor room issues
breakfast service uneven floor
i encountered several issues . the breakfast service was subpar. i asked for a cafetière but was directed to a machine. the machine was out of beans and the staff seemed uninterested. the bathroom door was water damaged. the floor outside the bathroom was uneven.

excellent location quick service poor breakfast uneven floor
the room was super clean. the hotel location is excellent, right in the center. the staff were helpful and polite. i appreciated the quick service during check-in.
i found the breakfast disappointing. the buffet selections were not replenished. the bathroom door looked like it had flood damage. also, the floor outside the bathroom was uneven.
