the building is lovely and every staff member was very friendly. the room included a dog bed with food and that was a very nice touch.
the coffee machine didn't work and neither did the phone. ',

My room had great spa toiletries with facial cleanser. the New relaxation room is a great idea, it added a lovely touch. I also liked that you can order drinks to your lounger with the app. IT WAS easy.
The outdoor hot tubs were for private use only, i did not realize that anyone can use them now. i WISH i had known because we saw people going in them but i just assumed they had booked them. IT SHOULD be clear.

Dinner in the Mayflower was lovely. The three courses was so great. The spa is very nice. It features lots of saunas and steam rooms.
