amazing stay!

spa toiletries relaxation room
My room had great spa toiletries with facial cleanser. the New relaxation room is a great idea, it added a lovely touch. I also liked that you can order drinks to your lounger with the app. IT WAS easy.
The outdoor hot tubs were for private use only, i did not realize that anyone can use them now. i WISH i had known because we saw people going in them but i just assumed they had booked them. IT SHOULD be clear.
Service
10/10
Staff members always stop their conversation. They say 'hello, good morning, good evening' with a smile. It is obvious they are trained to the highest standards. Nothing is too much trouble for the team.
