I loved the amazing breakfast. There was an enormous selection of fresh and well-prepared food, almost the best I have ever experienced. The rooms were super clean and beautifully maintained! Every detail reflected true care and quality. The hotel's location is good. It is conveniently close to both metro and tram stations, so city exploration was easy.

One day, there was no hot water, and I just got a simple apology. I was expecting a little more care at a hotel this level for something so crucial. The air conditioning in the room was way too loud for me! I found it hard to sleep, even with ear plugs.

The hotel's location is convenient, just steps from metro and tram stations.

My room was small, especially considering the price I paid, a cramped space offers no fresh air, as the windows do not open. I was also surprised by the lack of complimentary breakfast for what I paid. It seemed like a cost-cutting measure. The noise from the city traffic was quite loud and disturbing.
