Dated and Noisy Room. Breakfast Service Inconsistent

The hotel was very clean. It seems they maintain it well.
I booked a room expecting a certain standard, yet the room felt dated. The noise was a significant issue. It was easy to hear conversations and movement from adjacent rooms. At breakfast, the service felt unfair. Other guests were served before us even though we were seated first.

The staff remembered me even though it had been almost a year since my last stay. That was acceptable.
The building felt dated and in need of updating. The room had very little ventilation. It was a very warm evening, so I had to wedge my door open to get it to a sleepable temperature. At the very least, they could have supplied a fan.

dated annex room
good breakfastthin wallsdated room
the breakfast was good I had a full english.
i booked a beautiful double ensuite room but we were in the annex on the other side of the car park from the main hotel the room felt dated not at all what i expected the walls felt paper thin so i could hear everything.
