A REALLY charming cottage stay
pleasurable garden generous snack plentiful breakfast spacious parking
I found the gardens REALLY pleasurable. John greeted us warmly, explaining everything. He provided generous snacks plus plentiful continental breakfast items. I did have peace of mind because spacious parking existed.
The fridge was VERY loud during the night.

The cottage is situated in beautiful countryside. It is close to a quiet B road. This setup did not affect our stay. The village offers a local pub with helpful bar staff.

The host family are kind and considerate. They are always helpful. Communication with the hosts was good. The owners are friendly. The owners are not intrusive but they are available.

Breakfast was supplied, with a lot of choice of what to eat. I appreciated the extras supplied in the kitchen. I also appreciated the fudge in the bedroom. The fridge was well stocked.

some issues need addressing
poor breakfast noisy refrigerator
The cleanliness was not up to standard. i noticed toothpaste marks on the tiles and also some dust. the provided breakfast was also disappointing. Some items were clearly past their expiration date, it not make sense to provide food if the quality is so poor. the refrigerator was too noisy throughout the night to.

Good Stay in a Beautiful Cabin
kept garden breakfast choice
I found a beautiful place. This place surrounded by a well kept garden. The cabin is cosy and clean. Breakfast was supplied, and I had a lot of choice.
I did notice a detail. The fridge was a little noisy during the night, which disturbed my sleep.

noisy fridge poor cleanliness
the location is convenient for travel.
The breakfast selection was not excellent (it lacked variety). the fridge was noisy throughout the night. This disturbed my sleep. the overall cleanliness could improve, as i spotted cobwebs.

a WONDERFUL stay
secure parking spacious flat thoughtful freebies
I found the secure parking VERY convenient. The spacious flat reminded me of home. The bed was comfortable, and the location suited my needs WELL. I appreciated the thoughtful freebies including beer, wine, breakfast, and snack options.
I noticed some noise as the hotel is close to the road. The road noise was noticeable, particularly at night. I suggest earplugs for light sleepers.

The cottage provides secure parking, offering guests peace of mind regarding their vehicles. there is a beautiful garden that guests are welcome to wander around in. The outdoor space is very inviting and relaxing for an afternoon.
