Convenient Stay Near the Airport
early check-in great pastries
I appreciated the early check-in option upon my arrival, as a room was readily available. The breakfast was expansive (the pastries were amazing!). My room was very clean, and the bed provided good rest. The metro to the city center and airport was very close.
The elevator sounds were very noticeable. I could hear it accelerating and braking frequently, a distraction.

convenient airport access
early check-in excellent breakfast clean room comfortable bed
i arrived very early and they let me check in early because they had an empty room. breakfast was excellent i paid extra for it. the room was very clean the bed was comfortable. the hotel was easy to find near the train station near the airport. there is a shopping mall nearby though i did not visit it
the elevator made a lot of noise accelerating and braking that i could hear constantly. the rooms were getting a little outdated the carpets had some stains in the hallways. the shower floor easily flooded too

the breakfast included a wide choice of different foods topped up frequently. complimentary coffee was available when leaving the hotel if guests wanted it. the coffee tasted very good too

metro access helpful staff playroom breakfast options
the hotel is conveniently located next to the metro. travel around the city was very easy. the staff provided special attention for kids, and my child enjoyed the playroom. the breakfast options met my expectations, ensuring a satisfying start to each day.
i noticed that the hotel rooms could benefit from a little more meticulous cleaning, specifically regarding the pillows.

clean room early check-in excellent breakfast unclosed shower bathroom water full elevator
the room was clean and the bed felt comfortable. i got there early and i was able to check in early since there was an empty room available (that was very kind of them). i chose to pay for breakfast and it was excellent.
the shower could not be completely closed. the bathroom floor was covered in water after showering. it was difficult to use the elevator in the morning. it was always full of people.

easy travel friendly staff stale smell firm mattress
The location was good. it was a short walk to the metro and train station, made traveling around the area easy. the staff were friendly and seemed happy to work there. I appreciated that.
The room smelled a bit stale when i first entered it. the windows did not open. I think an improved aeration system would help this. the mattresses were also very firm. They felt harder than i usually expect.

really good experience at hotel
cool atrium convenient garage
The atrium was really cool with trees and MANY plants. It's a nice place to sit. i didn't eat at the restaurant but it looked nice. the room had good size and good storage with a wardrobe. i traveled by car. Garage is conveniently located under the hotel.
cleaning is really BAD. i dropped something on the floor and under the bed was A LOT of garbage from other guests, like water bottles and paper.

Acceptable Stay with Some Disappointments
stuffy room stained toilet
The hotel is conveniently close to the train station. This made getting around easy.
The room felt stuffy, with limited temperature control. The thermostat barely made a difference, and the window could not be opened. The bathroom had noticeable stains on the toilet. A drain under the sink bubbled up with foam whenever the sink was used.
