the hotel is conveniently located next to the metro. travel around the city was very easy. the staff provided special attention for kids, and my child enjoyed the playroom. the breakfast options met my expectations, ensuring a satisfying start to each day.

i noticed that the hotel rooms could benefit from a little more meticulous cleaning, specifically regarding the pillows.

the room was clean and the bed felt comfortable. i got there early and i was able to check in early since there was an empty room available (that was very kind of them). i chose to pay for breakfast and it was excellent.

the shower could not be completely closed. the bathroom floor was covered in water after showering. it was always full of people.

The location was good. it was a short walk to the metro and train station, made traveling around the area easy. the staff were friendly and seemed happy to work there. I appreciated that.

The room smelled a bit stale when i first entered it. the windows did not open. I think an improved aeration system would help this. the mattresses were also very firm. They felt harder than i usually expect.

The atrium was really cool with trees and MANY plants. It's a nice place to sit. i didn't eat at the restaurant but it looked nice. the room had good size and good storage with a wardrobe. i traveled by car. Garage is conveniently located under the hotel.

cleaning is really BAD. i dropped something on the floor and under the bed was A LOT of garbage from other guests, like water bottles and paper.

The hotel is conveniently close to the train station. This made getting around easy.

The room felt stuffy, with limited temperature control. The thermostat barely made a difference, and the window could not be opened. The bathroom had noticeable stains on the toilet. A drain under the sink bubbled up with foam whenever the sink was used.
