The location was super. It made getting around quite easy.

I was a bit disappointed with the noise level. There was loud music from the lobby until midnight. my room faced the lobby, and the music was clearly audible (this made it hard to sleep before midnight). breakfast also wasn't great. I found the soft-boiled eggs and the roasted pumpkin to be cold, unexpected, especially given the price.
