excellent stay!
clean room helpful staff great location
the staff were amazing, always willing to help, and the breakfast was seriously good. the location was great! i walked everywhere, and it was so easy to get around!
The wifi was a bit spotty in my room though. It worked fine in the lobby.

the hotel offers a large lift, super convenient, especially with luggage plus, i noticed pre-booked parking spaces are available, priced at £10 per day. this made everything way easier.

Breakfast and dinner are served buffet style, and the food selection is plentiful with a good variety. I even saw waitresses offering assistance to guests who needed help carrying their plates, thoughtful.

comfortable chairs large dining room buffet food good choice
Our twin room was quite spacious! I appreciated having two comfortable easy chairs. The dining room was large, so service was efficient. Food was buffet style for both breakfast and dinner, with a really good choice available.

The staff were efficient clearing crockery from completed courses throughout the meal to keep tables tidy. Staff kept the buffet well-stocked and were quick to supply tea, coffee and any other requests. This ensured smooth dining for everyone.

long queues bad organization
The breakfast had many choices. It provided something for everyone.
The carvery dinner was not well organized. Tables were allocated upon entry, but queues formed in corridors before the dining room opened. There was only one chef serving main courses, and long queues developed around the dining room. The overall experience was disappointing..
