comfortable bed good shower unfriendly staff poor service
the room was well appointed with a comfortable bed and a good shower.
the manager told our waitress to hurry up because they were other customers that needed serving, this didn't. the girl behind the bar couldn't be bothered to look up or smile. she didn't say please or thank you or in any way help.

the room was clean and inviting.
the wifi was completely useless. the room was small. the toilet was uncomfortably close to the bed and smelled very badly of bad water.

soft bedding coffee maker quiet location
the room had soft bedding and i found a coffee maker with fresh milk and bottled water. the location was quiet i appreciated the air conditioning. the restaurant in the pub was a great addition to my stay and offered tasty meals.
i noticed some confusion upon arrival when i sought clarification on breakfast hours i could not find specific information on the hotel closing time on the website i feel clarity is needed.

the restaurant offers a menu with attention to detail and i noticed the staff were attentive. the english breakfast stands out as one of the best i have ever enjoyed the restaurant is conveniently located in the pub.

the staff offers a warm welcome and shows guests to their rooms the service is friendly. staff members consistently had smiles and seemed happy i observed them to be attentive to customer needs throughout my stay.

street noise limited counter space
Our room faced the street. Loud noise at night really bothered me. The provided earplugs helped slightly, but I still couldn't sleep well. The bathroom lacked counter space. I had trouble placing my toiletries. The temperature control was also complicated. I never managed to set it correctly. It was just frustrating.
