i found the staff very kind and supportive. they accommodated my requests. the bed provided the most comfort i have experienced in years of travel. the family "feel" present throughout my stay made it very special.
the room i stayed in was a bit small. it had everything needed. however, there was a strange smell in the bathroom. it needs some ventilation.

my room was freshly decorated with cups and saucers provided. the double room had a comfy bed and a large wardrobe. the room also included a desk. this helped me to relax after work.

The staff were genuinely friendly. I found free parking on site. It was very convenient. The restaurant offered excellent Italian cuisine (especially the pizza!). My room was very clean and nicely decorated.
The room décor could use a small update.

The reception staff greeted me with a warm welcome upon arrival. The restaurant staff were attentive and helpful during dinner. I especially enjoyed how they catered to specific dietary needs in our group.

Bus stops are very close to the hotel, providing easy access to the city centre. This location allowed me to travel to nearby attractions with ease. The hotel is very handy for Addenbrookes.

The room was on the ground floor near the road, a terrible location. i heard a lot of noise from cars and people passing. It disrupted my sleep all night. the door also seemed to not lock properly from the inside, a security concern
