Amazing stay!
friendly staff excellent food convenient location
I found the staff friendly. The Italian restaurant served excellent food. Its location is definitely convenient. The free parking made everything easier!
The room key card did stop working once, causing a quick trip back to reception.

cramped room excessive noise
The staff provided safe and easy parking, certainly appreciated.
My room felt rather cramped. It seems like I was assigned the 'Double Room' equivalent of a broom closet. the noise was pretty bad. I could hear every footstep from the room above, not exactly conducive to relaxation.

The staff was INCREDIBLY helpful and friendly! The location is great, with easy transport into the city. The room included a safe and refrigerator for all my needs. Off-road parking was available. This provided such a relief !
The shower could have been a bit hotter. It was only lukewarm.

kind staff comfortable bed family feel
i found the staff very kind and supportive. they accommodated my requests. the bed provided the most comfort i have experienced in years of travel. the family "feel" present throughout my stay made it very special.
the room i stayed in was a bit small. it had everything needed. however, there was a strange smell in the bathroom. it needs some ventilation.

The staff were genuinely friendly. I found free parking on site. It was very convenient. The restaurant offered excellent Italian cuisine (especially the pizza!). My room was very clean and nicely decorated.
The room décor could use a small update.

adequate, but some issues
noisy room insecure door
the breakfast included a decent selection and was a bonus.
The room was on the ground floor near the road, a terrible location. i heard a lot of noise from cars and people passing. It disrupted my sleep all night. the door also seemed to not lock properly from the inside, a security concern
