I found the location very convenient. It was easy to get to shops and restaurants. The room was also very clean. I slept well because the bed was comfortable. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

the room was a good size. it included a sofa, a good table, and a chair. i saw plenty of well-placed sockets. extra towels were available.
The "hotel" is not really a hotel. the front of the place is a facade. There is no staff. there is no dining room, bar, or reception room. the rooms felt very stuffy, and i found no obvious way to open any windows.

The location was central. I found the self-service check-in process easy to navigate. My room had comfortable beds and a generous supply of tea and coffee (a nice touch). The cleanliness was apparent throughout the room.
The bathroom fan didn't seem to be working.

The hotel provides rooms above a laundry and access is via a back passageway. There is no reception or dining room available on site, and the access is not suitable for disabled guests, sadly.

Check-in and check-out are express using a code to a safety deposit box where the keys to the door are located. Staff communicated quickly with me. Instructions for accessing the building were clear.

the accommodation was very clean and well kept. the room included a fridge, ironing board, iron, and hairdryer, a pleasant surprise (though i didn't need them this time). the coffee and tea tray was quite welcome after a long journey. the location is perfect, a very short walk from the castle and the city center.
the window rattled a little. it wasn't a major issue, but it was slightly noticeable at night.

the location was excellent for exploring the city. it was close to all facilities and the castle in particular. the room included a fridge, ironing board, iron and hair dryer.
my room had a motel vibe. the back of the hotel was where my room was located up some stairs. i found my room unbearably hot, and the windows were painted shut.
