the staff welcomed me warmly. check-in was simple, and i immediately felt at home. the dining options provided diverse and delicious food, and the location was ideal. i found every staff member ready to assist with a smile.

modern decor central location polite staff helpful advice
the room featured modern decor. i found the location to be really good with easy access to the main street. the staff opened doors politely. santiago at the front desk helped a lot with travel advice around the island.
i noticed a young girl in the restaurant who needs to smile more at her guests, making the atmosphere slightly less cute.

dirty bathroom non-working light
The location was good. It allowed easy access to nearby attractions.
The room I had felt a bit worn. A light on the balcony did not work, and there was visible dirt in the bathroom. I reported this to the reception, but no one sorted it out (it was quite disappointing).

i very much appreciated the convenient location in the city center. the staff was very friendly and cute, i was very grateful. the room had modern styling, it. it was very comfortable and cozy.
the phone in my room didn't work, i had to go downstairs for room service.

some issues needing attention
air conditioning leak mosquito infestation
the location was great as it was central to everything.
i was annoyed that my room had a problem. the air conditioning leaked water in the bathroom (it was fixed once reported) it looked like it had been leaking for a long time and housekeeping should have noticed. also, the room was full of mosquitoes and my husband was covered in bites.

the rooms are spacious and nicely designed. i had a duplex suite this time with a seating area on a mezzanine level. the staff is attentive. breakfast includes a wonderful selection of cooked and continental items.
some magazines or reading material would be welcome
