excellent hotel stay
helpful staff tasty meals pleasant environment great food
the staff was kind and helpful. the onsite restaurant had tasty meals. the breakfast had a pleasant environment and a great food selection. i found the location perfect for my travel needs. the staff, especially nikka and valentina, were always ready to assist. i was happy with my stay overall. the breakfast selection exceeded my expectations.
it disrupted my otherwise quiet stay. i hope they finish it soon!

the room had a well-thought-out design. the space felt adequate, and i appreciated the amenities. the bed provided comfort and a restful sleep. the room temperature was easy to control.

The hotel is near a well-connected bus station. It offers easy access to transportation. the promenade is also close. It is only 20 meters away. the ferry to valletta is within walking distance. This provides convenient access to the city.

the hotel is quite new. the staff were helpful . i found stations for ice and water on each floor so i filled my bottles easily.
the hotel lacks a bar. i found children using spa facilities and that prevented me from relaxing.

gluten free options roof pool inedible food power cut
i enjoyed the breakfast a lot. it had gluten free options and prosseco was complementary. the swimming pool on the roof, it was super clean and comfy.
i find the food in the restaurant very hit and miss. it was excellent the first night, however, it was nearly inedible the last day. a fire alarm went off at 5.30 one morning, and a power cut happened a few hours later, with no explanation.

The breakfast offered a good spread and was available until late in the morning.
I found the air conditioning leaked, and I was moved to another room. This room then lacked a shower door, so the bathroom floor was always wet after showering..

decent hotel, some minor drawbacks
kind staff modern design amazing ambiance small room spa facilities
i found the staff to be very kind. the hotel had a modern design and seemed very clean. the ambiance was also amazing (i especially liked the lobby decor).
this made it very loud. the room itself was smaller than i expected. i also noticed children using spa facilities, so it was not relaxing.
