satisfactory stay with minor drawbacks
clean room working air conditioning lacked staff incorrect fee
the room was clean fresh towels arrived daily the air conditioning unit worked well i found breakfast very substantial. the location was good too the victoria gate was close the gozo fast ferry was a short walk.
the hotel lacked staff upon arrival i stood outside for a while with luggage until someone arrived.

the room was quite spacious and the beds were changed each day. the location was ideal for exploring the city and accessing public transport. breakfast was available at a local restaurant a short walk away..
they charged my credit card without my knowledge through a service i didn't request. the rooms didn't feel very clean. the toilet and shower were also quite small and showed mold and dirt.

The location proved excellent. I enjoyed lovely food in the restaurant. The views were really beautiful from my room.
The hotel door was closed when I arrived. I found no information in advance about how to enter. I had to call both phone numbers posted on the door, but nobody answered, and one number was invalid.

excellent location harbour view helpful staff clean room
the location was excellent near the grand harbour it was easy to access ferries water taxis and buses there were many food options nearby i appreciated the clean and bright room the view was very nice i found the staff helpful
the street outside was super noisy there was loud music coming from everywhere

WOW, What a View!!!

The view from my balcony was ABSOLUTELY worth it. The room service provided fresh towels daily and tidied up the bed. I received complimentary bottled water every day. There were also tea and coffee making facilities in the room, GREAT.
The check-in process was confusing because it's not a standard hotel format. I waited a while for someone to arrive to show me the room.

The hotel is conveniently located near buses and ferries, made exploring the area EASY. The hotel is also situated a block away from the busier streets, offering a quieter environment. It is near the harbor and Cathedral.

The staff was accommodating, allowing guests to leave their bags after checkout. Daily servicing of the room included making the bed and changing the towels. The breakfast staff at the nearby café were friendly.

Breakfast was at a co-owned café nearby, located about 150 yards away. The breakfast was HUGE and provided a great start to each day of exploring. Staff at the café was friendly.

lovely stay with harbour views
convenient location comfortable room great shower good breakfast
I found the location very convenient to the ferry. the room provided was spacious and very comfortable with a great shower. i enjoyed breakfast at the restaurant. It was good. i kept in mind that the area is on lots of hills. The hotel is at the bottom. Everything is up a lot of stairs.
the coffee cups had dried leftover coffee. there was also hair and dust inside. i found the soap dispenser to be almost completely empty.

the breakfast offered a nice variety of choices. i especially liked the fresh pastries, and the coffee was strong. the dining area was clean and well maintained.

the room was spacious with a safe. it also had a fridge and iron. the aircon worked really good. the room included four windows that brought in natural light.
