The hosts were AMAZING!!! They were very friendly. Breakfast included good quality ingredients, and the bacon had a meaty taste with no fat. I also liked the picnic benches on the grounds. It was a nice touch.
The restaurant was closed, limiting my options. I found the radiator in the shower room did not work, so it was cold. The location is very quiet. Do not expect a lively seaside atmosphere.

Angela and paul are very accommodating hosts. they cater to all your needs, i found. the breakfasts were amazing. I especially liked the meaty bacon. also, grounds have picnic benches for outdoor enjoyment, i noticed. the location is a easy drive to nearby attractions.
my ONLY minor issue was the bathroom size, it felt small.

The beautiful double room includes tea, coffee, hot chocolate, AND biscuits. also, i observed it has a kettle for water. CLEANLINESS was great. The room was super clean, i saw. bedding was comfortable.

uncomfortable beddifficult taxi
taxis were difficult to get there was a feeling of being blacklisted. the bed was not comfortable at all. i think a prison bed would have been better. the bright light outside shone right into the room at night.

The hosts proved very friendly, and breakfast tasted amazing!!! I liked that Paul offered tips for my hike. Check-in and check-out were straightforward. The location is near the coast and the Lake District.

the location was good.. the beach was within walking distance.
the room smelled strongly of cleaning products i found unpleasant. also, noise easily traveled from adjacent rooms into mine. i was hoping for more peace and quiet. wallpaper was peeling off the walls too.. the place looks a bit tired.
