I am thankful for the excellent service. the asian restaurant had very nice food. kai and csenge brightened my days. They are such hotel assets. taking part in aqua aerobics was enjoyable because all staff were enthusiastic.

the staff did seem to try their best, i guess.
The noise was HORRIBLE! i couldn't sleep because of loud music all night. the food was just okay, nothing special at all, and it was the same every day. i paid for a relaxing vacation and got a headache instead. I am really frustrated.

The hotel upgraded us to a room with a private pool. It was fantastic! the room was a great size with a king-size bed and the outside area was lovely. the staff were really helpful. Voula from guest services helped us get booked into the restaurants we wanted.

the hotel was immaculate. staff members were cheerful and attentive. the food offered plenty of choice at the buffet, alongside speciality restaurants. the beachfront location allowed swimming even in november.
the gym equipment looked rusty, alongside basic equipment. i consider this area needs improvements.

the buffet presented a wide variety of options. i liked the selection of dishes. the a la carte restaurant was accessible, and there was ample space available both inside and outside for dining experiences.

the hotel staff demonstrated commendable service! they promptly addressed guest requests! the exemplary cleanliness maintained throughout, from rooms to common areas, i find this a plus. i am happy about this.

the hotel staff was amazing, especially tamara at guest services! she was helpful and always kind. the food selection was great. there was a nice little beach nearby. the evening in little italy was superb, with a great sax player adding to the ambiance!!!
I found that the hotel lacked bottled water. We only got one bottle and had to refill it with filtered water, which tasted like chlorine.

the hotel is conveniently located near bus stops for easy access to the center. this made exploring the area very simple. the beach access was a definite plus, as was the proximity to various restaurants.

the staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient, a real credit to this hotel. great access to the beach, the sea, and lovely walks were available. the rooms were beautiful and clean! the food was wonderful!!!
the gym equipment needs updating. the running machines are quite old. i also noticed the steam room was out of order . hopefully, they will address this soon.
